DCI is always looking for passionate community members interested in volunteering their time and skills

We want you to be a part of our organization committee that helps advocate, revitalize, and grow downtown Christiansburg and beyond.

Our needs are individuals with a variety of skills in:

• Event planning and organizing

• Fundraising

• Social media

• Independent research

• Google Drive

• Business management and collaborative processes

Additional needs are the willingness to learn about urban planning, non-profit operation, and familiarize themselves with the small-town government process and laws.

Individuals must be willing to commit to 1-2 evening meetings a month. Meetings and volunteer time will increase slightly around our summer event series.
